Beet Beauty Raw Soup

Makes 2 servings

1 cup water

1 avocado

1 small beet

2 carrots, chopped

½ teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons hemp seeds

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Dash of cayenne pepper

Add water, avocado, beet, carrots, ginger powder, seasalt, and apple cider vinegar to a high-speed blender. Mix well. Pourimmediately into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, cayenne pepper, and parsley.
