Thanksgiving 2020 and Gratitude

“Gratitude helps us see what is there, instead of what isn’t.”

Happy Thanksgiving Week!

I know this year may look and feel different than other years. You may not be sitting at a large table with extended family or friends, but hopefully you can still find a way to connect (even if it is another Zoom call).

Maybe this year you will continue some old traditions and create some new traditions. My Thanksgiving will just be my family of five together. We will spend the morning moving our bodies and getting outside in nature and the rest of the afternoon cooking. My girls have been enjoying decorating and setting a beautiful table (as being home on this holiday is a new experience for us) and we will do a “food swap” with my parents. This way we can still enjoy each other’s food, yet stay safe.

This week and holiday, I am really focusing on self-care, staying present and gratitude. Even though life is  so different from what we are typically used to, I still find it so helpful and grounding to think about all the good in my life. Doing this daily has had a really positive impact on my life. Additionally, I want to let you know how grateful I am for you and the Zenful Life Coaching community. I have learned so much working with so many of you in this community and I feel truly grateful to do the work I love every, single day. Thank you for coming on this journey with me.

And with that, I’m sending out lots of peace and love and good vibes to you and I wish you a happy, healthy and delicious Thanksgiving.

In health,
