December 2022 Update

December is a time where I like to reflect on my goals for the year. I feel grateful for each day, and proud of what I have accomplished. I like to take time to savor what I did well, and to think about why I didn’t accomplish certain things I had hoped to. Perhaps my goals changed throughout the year. One thing I did notice in 2022, is that I was very consistent with my morning routine. Although I have had one for a number of years, since the pandemic, it has been solidified as my time to myself for movement, writing or however else I want to spend my precious early morning alone time. Do you have a consistent morning routine? I think that was my biggest game changer this year. I highly recommend it.

My biggest personal accomplishment for the year was to finish my book and sign with a publisher. I wrapped this up in late November, and now, let the publishing process begin! This is all new to me and I’m enjoying all the challenges that come along with publishing a book. As a subscriber on my list, you will have first dibs at my pre-orders when they come out. I am both nervous and excited for the launch of my book sometime this Spring.

Another personal goal I had in 2022, was to read more books. I have also loved pleasure reading and I found that as my cell phone and computer took over my life more and more, I was reading less. But I stuck to this goal, and I ended up reading way more books this past year than I have read in a very long time, and I have completely rekindled my love for reading. I also joined two book clubs which I have greatly enjoyed. Check out my reading list here and let me know if you have enjoyed any of these books as well.

Professionally, I have continued to see one-on-one clients to help them to implement sustainable, healthy habits into their lifestyles to create happier and healthier lives.  Additionally, supplement consults have been very popular this past year, and I have loved helping clients figure out their supplement regimen. This work is incredibly rewarding, and I so enjoy journeying with my clients through their successes and I am so proud of their accomplishments.
